Returns and Refund

If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept exchanges or returns for any item within 30 days after you receive the package. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide you with a full refund or exchange.

Returned items must comply with our policies:

Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets included

Sale items are not returnable

Returns that do not meet our policies will not be accepted

Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This does not include orders that are received incorrectly or are damaged or defective.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged/Defective Items

In the event that the item is received defective or damaged, the customer will be refunded both the shipping and return shipping costs, and you may return it for a refund.

Refund Methods

Once we have received and reviewed your returned item, we will notify you via email that your returned item has been received and that your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
