Returns Policy

If the color or fit is not correct, we accept exchanges or returns on any item within 30 days after you receive your package. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Returned items must comply with our policy:

  • Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached. You’ll also need the bill or proof of purchase.
  • Sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost
  • A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This excludes orders in which an incorrect item was received or was damaged, or faulty.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

In the case an item was faulty or damaged when received, customers will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges, and you may return it for a refund.

Refund method

Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure it’s in good condition and complies with our refund policy.

Once we receive your return and review it, we will notify you via email of receipt of your return, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if any)

Order cancellations

Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you would like your order cancelled. You have 24 hours to cancel via the link in your confirmation email. Outside of this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
