SHIPPING POLICY

 

1. Main shipping method

We provide you with a variety of shipping choices. During the checkout process, the available shipping options and corresponding delivery times will be displayed.

Processing time

Orders will be completed in 1 to 3 business days. Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, is when we normally ship.

Shipping time

Shipping time: 7–15 days. However, there will be cases that we can’t foresee such as weather conditions or logistical challenges might result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping cost

The costs for standard shipping are $6.99 for all orders.

We offer shipping to the United States. Please contact our customer service staff if you live elsewhere and need assistance.

3. Returned to sender packages

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Ohhtshirt store  by the courier, we will contact you and refund the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable

4. Change shipping address

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. If the address provided is incorrect, the package will be returned to us by the delivery agent or the unintended recipient.
 
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Check your address carefully when placing an order and ensure you choose the right location in the shipping address field.

5. Lost or Missing packages

Ohhtshirt store is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. 

In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact your local shipping carrier to initiate a claim. The shipping label we print out is taken directly from the address you provided at checkout. You are the one responsible for putting in your correct address. If you put the wrong address it is not our responsibility.
